How do you seal pipes, conduit or cables that pass through concrete barriers like walls floors or ceilings?

For a permanent, pressure tight seal, it's best to use Link-Seal® Modular Seals in combination with Century-Line® Sleeves, or Cell-Cast® disks.

To Create the Wall Opening...

Use Century-Line Sleeves for creating an opening in poured wall construction up to 25" in diameter.

Use WS Steel Sleeves for creating an opening in poured wall construction up to 48" in diameter and larger when your installation is subject to extremely high temperatures or for fire seal applications.

Use Cell-Cast Disks for forming openings in poured wall construction from 25" in diameter and larger.

To Fill and Seal the Remaining Annular (void) Area...

Use Link-Seal Modular Seals with EPDM seal elements for use in water, direct ground burial and applications subject to atmospheric conditions.

Use Link-Seal Modular Seals with Nitrile seal elements for applications subject to exposure to oils, fuel and solvents including gasoline, motor oil, kerosene, methane, jet fuel, hydraulic fluid and water.

Use Link-Seal Modular Seals with Silicone seal elements for high and low temperature extremes for fire rated walls. (One-hour Factory Mutual approved seal elements.)
