How To Order Century-Line® Sleeves & Link-Seal® Modular Seals

2. Verify that your pipe O.D. matches the actual outside diameter shown on the chart.
3. Begin at column heading "Pipe Size - Nominal". Read across to the sizing section for your
sleeve type and/or wall opening.

4. Determine Link-Seal® modular seal model to be used.

5. Under the CS MODEL NON-METALLIC SLEEVE Column, choose a
Link-Seal® modular seal size (from LINK-SEAL SIZE column),
add the Link-Seal® Modular Seal Model designation in place of (***) (See Link-Seal Options)
and indicate number of links required per seal (from LINKS PER SEAL column).

6. Cut all penetrations (holes) at 2.000 I.D. for designated pipe Type and Nominal Diameter.
7. To complete the order, use Link-Seal Product Number from above LS-200-C-4 and add number of penetrations.

How To Order Link-Seal® Modular Seals for use with Holes Molded with Cell-Cast® Disks

SDR-35 Gravity Sewer Pipe Steel and Plastic Pipe with Same Outside Diameter Ductile Iron Pipe (AWWA-C900, C905, PVC Water Pipe)
NOTE: Cell-Cast® Disks are used to form holes 30" in diameter and larger at any thickness. You will find Cell-Cast® Disks
on the lower portion of CS MODEL NON-METALLIC SLEEVE Column where your carrier pipe size will require a molded hole of 30" I.D. and over.
Cell-Cast® Disks are designated with the Model Number CC rather than CS for Century-Line® Sleeves.
2. Verify that your pipe O.D. matches the actual outside diameter shown on the chart.
3. Begin at column heading "Pipe Size - Nominal". Read across to the sizing section for your
sleeve type and/or wall opening.

Note on the following chart that a Nominal Pipe I.D. of 18" designates a Model CS (Century-Line® Sleeve) while
a Nominal Pipe I.D. of 21 designates a Model CC (Cell-Cast® Disk) for hole forming.

6. Determine thickness of wall where Cell-Cast® Disks will be used to form a hole.
7. Cell-Cast® Disks are available in two thicknesses (3" and 4"). You may therefore combine 3" and 4" thick
Cell-Cast® Disks to match almost any wall thickness. For example: To mold a hole in a 18" thick wall, one would
use 3-4" Cell-Cast® Disks and 2-3" Cell-Cast® Disks.
8. To complete the order, use Link-Seal Product Number from above LS-600-C-13 in combination with your Cell-Cast® Disk requirements

9. Include the number of penetrations in your final order by using the following ordering code addition.
Example: LS-600-C-13 with CC-30-(3)2-(4)3 - 3 Penetrations.
